Return & Exchange Policy

At Aleisha Jewels, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. Once an order is delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund under normal circumstances.

✅ Exceptions for Exchange (Unboxing Video Mandatory)

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Product received in damaged or defective condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must:

Share a complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully revealed
The video must clearly show the issue (wrong item, damage, or defect)

📌 Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Notes

Exchanges are not accepted for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Customers are requested to carefully check the product description and size details before placing an order.
